THE DIVINE LOVE (II)

from A Dearth of Prose

The divine love is a fountain
hailed from a halcyon sea.
The divine love glimmers cadenced
facets of verity.

The divine love borders darkling
unseen, what we beseech.
The divine love whispers lightnings
from the enigmatic breach.

The divine love sings emphatic
on Eden's wayward child.
The divine love is endemic
to gumland drouth and wild.

The divine love is a wellspring
with naked death concealed.
The divine love bears reversion
upon the marble-field.
